new information, interviews, & pics!!!
1UP has some neat Metal Gear Solid 3 Storyboards. Don't worry they're drawn badly enough and vague enough that there's no spoilers here other than 1) Snake is most definately meant to resemble Big Boss and 2) there's a chick in the game. Not big suprises at all. Nothing too informative, just neat things to see.
The *REALLY* neat bit is that MGS3 is going to have an accurate Close Quarters Combat (CQC) system like what's used in SWAT teams and other military units! Remember those animations from MGS3 trailer last year (the Tokyo Game Show one, not the E3 one) showing Snake doing all those disarming/soldier pwning moves? They weren't just for show, you'll be able to do them ingame!
IGN has an extensive interview with the military advisor used by the Konami team for MGS3. 1UP has an article on the same topic and also pics from their motion capture sessions. Gamespot has a similar article, except with new screenshots of Snake doing the moves in question in game!
/me gripes about yet ANOTHER idea stolen from Espionage before we even get a line of code written. :P

I second this in any way I possibly can.
Edit: It would be good to note that I am anticipating this more than any game I have ever anticipated.
Oi, we've correctly predicted probably half the features in these upcoming stealth action games with Espionage, DOOMeh. Maybe we should check IRC for taps - Mr. Kojima could be watching :P.
