O Fixed onos crouch bug
? Onos redemption fixed (untested, sadly)
O Retouched scan sweep assets in attempt to make it show up
O Added alert for sensory chambers ("The enemy approaches")
O Added "we need builders" alert when team has none
O Zero velocity of players going through phase (reduces chance of falling into hole after going through)
O New commander sounds when soldiers ask for orders

    Just make sure the ladders dont lead up to a porthole or something, where the only way to get through it would be to climb a ladder.

    That's the maper's discretion, and I'm sure it's been thought of...

    And, I think the skulk could improvise by climbing the func_wall behind the func_ladder.

    To clear up the confusion that i saw in mirc, i imagine "Don't allow skulk to use ladders" means that they just wallwalk on the ladder, meaning they don't "stick" to them like you do in reg hl and that when the walk on them, they don't play the ladder climbing noise....

    also what is wallwalk like? is like the avp2 version? or something diff? is there a way of knowing your orientation?

    sounds good, i can see how "the enemy approaches" can help, just like in RTS's how they have your base is under attack, except this gives an advanced warning. how large radius does it have?

    And closing all the other classes is an okay idea, but I think it would be better just to let everyone choose what they want to be. I'm sure SOMEONE would go and build stuff. If not, its the alien team's loss.

    Nice change log flay, nice to see you guys still come up with new ideas and not just tweaks even this late in the process of developement.  Hopely that means we'll get lots of new cool stuff in v2 and v3 etc..

    Yeah really, all these little fixes better be worth the wait. All summer I was like, "Oh man can't wait till NS comes out." Then school started and it's like, "Damn it when is NS coming out?"     No, small = Flayra decided to just quick fix some stuff and release another, rather then waiting for all the fixes to be compiled into a big release candidate.

    wallclimbing on a ladder was doign some screwy things, so making it not be able to use a ladder in the traditional HL sense just means that now its EASIER to go on ladders and things for the skulk :)

    ummm... yo Legionnaired... he said the same thing about RC7 and 8, if i remember correctly... so RC9a might not be the last, but we all hope it is
