Just A Simple Question

Did some looking around but I cant figure out what the numbers mean for brightness on a light entity. Looks like this Brightness: 11 40 145 200. Im assuming that its the radius of the light and all that, but Im stupid... so can anyone answer? Not quite.. the four numbers are the color and brightness, as in:
<red> <green> <blue> <brightness>

In your example, red:11 green:40 blue:145 bright:200
