Thanks guys.. hope everything will work out well. The mesh probably isnt the easiest to uv-map. I promise to do my best in simplyfinging my meshes in the future (without loosing detail though).
I have it detached into 145 groups of polygons so far, just have the buttstock to do.

It is high poly. it the part of the gun who will be seen most as it rotates etc.during animations. it supposed to be round so I dindt want it to be built of cylinders with less sides then 12-16.
