Sound Commands? Help Me Out =p

I was wondering if theres a way to turn off that background ambient sound stuff...I have the "mp3" volume all the way down and that doesnt seem to work. Im not talking about the gameplay sound, just that annoying background sound that you cant hear anything else. Thx for the help

    bgmvolume
    MP3Volume
    cl_musicenabled
    cl_musicvolume

    I don't know what they do, but those are most of the sound commands.
