Well I absolutely loved Kill Bill, and I think its his best work aside from Pulp Fiction.
I just got back from seeing Vol 2, and it pwns. Not as much action as the first, but a lot more story, which is a nice change of pace. And besides, after killing all those people in the first part it would have been silly to have just that at the end.
I especially liked the origins of The Bride's character parts.
There are two parts in the movie in particular that are so very very awesome that I don't want to spoil them for you so I'll just say they're freakin awesome. Once you see the movie you'll know exactly which parts.

Dear lord...I just saw this movie and it was awsome. I think it really takes Tarantino fans to enjoy his movies completely. Has anyone noticed how in all of his movies, the bathrooms are always filthy? (In this case, the bathroom when Cali. Mountain Snake and Uma fight). Tarantino is a genius....I love him. Well not as much as uma...
The scene when Uma was being buried alive gave me the chills. I seriously think I will have nightmares now.
The thing that I love the most about his movies, not only the fact that it has awsome fighting, but the dialog. The dialog in his movies are superb! I love the scene when Bud is being "fired" from his bouncer job and his boss is just being a total ****. I also like when Bill is talking about the super heros.....those are some great dialog scenes.
Also...Tarantino is the master at music for movies. I love the music he choses...although, I think, Robert Rodriguez did the music for this movie.

Yes. Because I honestly don't like most action movies at all, and at least those are easy to riff on. For an action movie to be good, it has to be good in other areas like plot or dialogue. Tarintino's other movies have a lot going for them in this aspect, Kill Bill has very little.
I just want to say that I LOVED both episodes! They were great! I recently saw Resevior Dogs and Pulp Fiction. I really like Tarintino's style. Another great movie to see, I don't think that it is out yet, but one of my friends bought the Japenese released dvd (sub-titles only) but it was great! It's called Hero. The little girl, I can't remember her name, that was in volume 1. Who fought Uma after she killed all those men in that one resturant. Well she's in it and does a really great job. If you have a chance see it when it comes out!
