Graphics Card Question

Got a SIS 650, downloaded the latests drivers, can't find any means of tweaking it.
All I can do is change gamma and brightness. Thats it.
It can play BF 1942, so it must have SOMETHING else that I can fiddle with, but I can't find anywhere where I can alter filtering, AA, etc.
I'm getting a geforce or an ati card in the next week or two, but in the meantime I'd like to tweak this monstrousity so I can get things playable.
