Steam Dedicated Server

hey guys, i was wanting to make a dedicated game for NS in steam. I clicked on my games list and used the dedicated server option, but under list of games NS isnt one of them. only options are primary games liek CS and DoD, none of my third party games. is there a way to add third party games to this list or can you only make normal non-dedicated NS servers on personal computers?
