I have a HUGE Frame rate loss on NS other games work just fine like Eve Ut04 Need fore Speed- NS has done it before too.
Rates are mostly around like 20-30... but when i encounter sombody well it just starts bullet time.... and i cant do **** about it, anybody know something about it?
