<div class="IPBDescription">What if we replace it with...</div> Every day, less and <b>less</b> players use <b>charge</b>.
Why? well according to my studies(was doing a statisic on how much ppl use charge when they have it) only <b>35%</b> of players who have third hive <b>use charge.</b>
That means it's time for the NS team to <b>replace</b> charge with something more useful... so i though,okay, if we replace charge with <b>adv. xenoside</b>?
Yes! that would be cool and fare since charge is not that affective...
so this <b>adv. xenoside </b>would do<b> double </b>the damage normal xenoside does.
You'd say "but that would be unfair, cause 1 onos will xenoside in middle of 5 marines and kill them all...or even more" well,once the onos does that, of course he dies and he has to <u>wait</u> untill he has 100 ress <u>again</u> to transform into an <u>onos</u>.
So let's say he won 15 by killing these 5 marines, that would leave with 85 ress to collect...

Charge has potential, but they have to buff it. I mean, it's the top tier attack of the top tier Kharaa evolution. I say during a charge the onos becomes invincible when attacked from the front, and damage is reduced by 75% from the sides.
Edit: That'll turn the three hive onos in a game-ender just like a HA train (which costs about as much) worthy of a hundred+ res.

I would rather see something like <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=68815' target='_blank'>Ram</a> go in.
When u use adv. Xenoside, you can't possibly miss your target(except if your dumb) your an onos so you won't die while doing it like if u was a skulk or something....
2nd of all, it does double damage on buildings that means 500 damage on buildings(125+125=250, 250+250=500)
i duno how much hp a turret has but u can defenetly wipe out all the turrets in 1 place(like near and RT or near a Hive) or at least do enough damage to them so u can allow gorgs(3rd attack) or skulks to finish them...
and think about HA marines, you can kill like 5 in one shot or if not,take out 75% of their hp and armor in 1 shot....
It's better then charge in all the ways

2nd of all, all i said was that no one is using charge anymore, that's why we should change it into something else AND I DID NOT SAY WE [B]ONLY HAVE TO CHANGE IT TO adv. xenoside I ONLY GAVE AN EXAMPLE...
So for god sake Respect your self and Respect others okay...
It would be better if the onos would charge and be able to put acid around its body so what ever it touches parasites them.

You are not so wrong in this, but marines definately do not need such a weapon.
Aliens on the other hand lack a true gameender.
That is why marine endgames tend to be tedius. They can loose everything on the map, as long a the last rt is intact and the comm pgraded the weapons, marines can prolong the inevitable for quite some time and quite often even return from scratch.
Something that is impossible for aliens. Alien endgame is humiliating, frustrating spawn and get pawned.
Marines have enough efficient gameenders... Sieges, HA, jetpacks...just pick one you prefer.
The alien gameenders on the other hand suck. The hive 4 abilites are nerfed to oblivion (exept primal scream maybe, but umbra is still more important) and the Onos is still gunfood for concentrated fire even from Lmg when upgraded.

Well then, mabye post it in the forums where the topic falls under and you wont be told what to do, also like most people said the idea isnt the greatest so keep thinking of something and mabye itll turn out good, think of all angles of your idea how it will promote teamwork, improve gameplay, not overpowered, not ****d, logical.
and post something WORTH reading, not a flame seeing how its agasint the rules

Too bad I really can't get charge anymore on CO 'cause of the +2 instead of +1 level requirement. =\
No longer I can get either Regen/Cara or Celerity/Adren. Only one =\
like let's say you hit the guy and you keep hitting him, will it keep damaging him or u have to get away from him and then hit him again?
And what if they add stomp to charge?that is not a bad idea...
let's say you hit a guy, he get's stomped for 3 sec...
