Looking For The Right Metamods

I am looking for 3 things – but can’t seem to find them. I’ve browsed these forums and searched <a href='http://www.modns.org/forums/' target='_blank'>http://www.modns.org/forums/</a>
I am looking for the mods that:
1) Makes newly spawned players “invincible” for a second in Combat.
2) Shows the hive / chair health in the bottom right corner of a player’s screen.
3) Keeps teams balanced – if there are an odd number of players I want that extra person forced onto the Marine team.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

3) I don't know of any plugins which do this. I just use mp_limitteams 1 that way any joining players have to join the team with less players. People really don't like being forced to switch teams.
