<div class="IPBDescription">help me!</div> My NS is dark, it doesn't matter what i set my desktop or ingame gamma too. I've changed the gamma through both option window and console and it doesn't matter, even with gamma and brightness at max its very dark. Yes i have an old monitor, but it works fine for CS and DoD and i know NS is darker but there must be somtething else because it is unnaturaly dark compared to dod and cs. So anyone else have such a problem? If so how did they fix it?

I've got this problem too. I've found a way of getting round it till they get a fix but it's a bit annoying.

I've got an ATI card so before I launch HL I open up the ATI colour panel and crank up the gamma. NS will reset this. Once the game loads, minimise and bump up the gamma a little more and the game should be bright. Just don't go to the console because the gamma resets again.

If you have the right drivers.
I'm from DK so i'm not sure what the specific options is called in english..

right click deskop, the bottum option.. goto settings.. then advancet..there should be a panel called "Your graphic card" or something close to. click on that..

Hmmmmm, ifi right click on the desktop icon on the toolbar at the bottum, it gives me no option of settings, and properties has nothing to do with video cards.

If i right click on my desktop (just the genereal screen) and go to properties>settings>advanced>color even at max it just changes back to dark when i go to NS.

    Put in nsp folder.

the natural selection folder is called nsp, therefore everything is in nsp already.
