A Highly Biased Look On Counter Strick

<div class="IPBDescription">Biased, Not really</div> Ok First Off i'd like to say that i know this topic has been beaten to death recently but i think i have to bring it up again.
The thing i hate the most about COunter strick, is that alot of them are quite arogant and refuse to try anyother game. I remember talking about Urban Terror, a quake III mod and i was yelled at by many people and how Counter Strike was the best game ever made of all time.
Also i hear alot of players and talking about how realistic CS is.
I Don't think a counter terrorist team would ever concive of sending a team into battle armed with only a pistol. They would provide them with free weapons and spectra vests with ceramic plates and helmets. And i don't think that a terrorist outfit, who have millions of dollar behind them (from drug trade,donations, ect...) would equip thier men with AK47s when AK 105/103s can be bougt for a few hunderd dollars online and are easily obtained.
Another thing is Counter Strike is no longer that unique, there are hundreds of alternitives that follow the same basic prinsible, Run 'n Gun 'n Jump, where NS is a little more stratigic (maby not Combat). A good alternative to CS is americas army, Soldner or even Enemy Territory, the first and last are free full version downloads made by professionals where soldner can only be downloaded as a demo but is well worth it none the less.
Also CS offers little in different tactics, where in NS u can take different upgrades, in CS u can chose between AWP, M4, AK or MP5 these are the only good weapons where NS the upgrades are well balanced (altho Onos in regualr NS isn't too good with Carapace)

Gameplay > Realism...
You but people who play CS say its Realisitic, and when asked why they play often they respond with a sentence like
" Well its the best FPS out there, its more realistic then most and has good grafics"
And another thing, the game has, if you are honest, only about 5 - 6 weapons they u use. How often do u see anyone use any pistol other then the destert eagle (if they can afford it) in NS the pistol is a good weapon and often i used it over the LMG
Closing this because the masses probably haven't cooled down from the last two such threads.
