Custom Sounds!?

<div class="IPBDescription">blah</div> I've heard lots of people using custom sounds ingame over the voice chat, playing songs, quotes, etc, and I've asked about ten people and gotten about a hundred different answers.

What's the final answer? Is it a program? A file? WHAT!?

    It's a program, but is not one to be discussed on these boards. It's irritating more than anything else, and is in general considered very bad form to use on any decent server, and can get you an outright ban most places.

    Now then, before someone chimes in with a name that I'd have to delete anyway...
