Ns Lan, Can Only Join 5 On Same Server

I am organizing a LAN on my school this friday, and after allot of realy hard work I realize that I can only join 5 ppl on the same server, there are around 12 pc's, the LAN is working fine and no other problems have oucured...
my ns version is v2.0(since i try to bypass steam)
I have installed the HL generations first(same CD), then the 1.1.1.0 update, and after that ns 2.0
the error sais that my cd code is already in use when I try to get the sixth person in.
I know this error, and why it was caused, but I was sure I could get 32 ( 12 in this case) ppl in with the same CD code, on an LAN network that is...
is their any way of fixing this problem?
