<div class="IPBDescription">I played a lot with 1.0x and 2.x, but 3?</div> I played a lot of NS for a while, but around when Steam finally went out of beta I switched over to it and began playing other mods more.
I want to get back into NS, but things seem to have changed a lot... so, a few questions:
-Is there somewhere that I can find a current description of the upgrade trees?
-Would anyone be kind enough to give an overview of how things have changed since 2.x?
-Is there a sizeable population of NS servers on Steam yet?
-Is there still a conflict between NS and Sven Co-op (with a music DLL, I think it was)? I like Sven Co-op, and having to rename files when I want to switch to and from NS is annoying...
I do not wish to download a new NS client and install it, as I basically would like to reinstall all of Steam before I start playing NS again. This means that I don't have access to any manuals or guides that come with an NS install, and so I'm looking for information on new upgrades and changes to weaponry (what is Focus? what are hand grenades like?).
Anyone willing to help?

NS vs sven? Not that I know of.
Quasi manual:
<a href='http://www.natural-selection.org/manual_version_2/Natural_Selection_Manual_Framed.html' target='_blank'>http://www.natural-selection.org/manual_ve...ual_Framed.html</a>
<a href='http://www.svencoop.com/' target='_blank'>Sven Co-op</a> says that there is a conflict with NS 2.0's fmod.dll... apparently, this is fixed for 3.0 (and so also for the betas, I assume).
Time to get back to skulking!
well, glad to be of service <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
oh, and if you have problems with steam, I have found this nifty soloution:
<!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->You will need:
1 Computer with Steam Installer.
3 Hours of free time.
5 Black candles.
1 Black Rooster.
Start off by setting the candles is a pentagram around your computer and then lighting them while chanting "Ia Cthulhu, Cthulhu Fhtagn!".
Now chop off the rooster's head and spray its blood in a counter clockwise motion (realy, I have found that counter clockwise works much better). During this continue your chant of "Ia Cthulhu, Cthulhu Fhtagn!".
Now start the steam install/update process.
If everything was done correctly Cthulhu should come out and eat 1d4 investigators.
Good Luck <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo--><!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
