<div class="IPBDescription">Very cool spy action sidescroller.</div> I used to play Silencer alot with friends, it was this cyberpunkish-spy action side scroller hosted by won and created by mind control software. Think tribes mixed with splintercell in a sidescrolling 2d universe, kind of a messed up reference but its the best I can think of. Your objective is to choose one of 8 different spy groups and hack military secrets, you can disguise your character as one of the roaming civilians but only during movement. Your equipment includes weaponry like a small laser blaster, a heavier one and rockets (I think there are more but I can't remember at the moment), you also have access to equipment like a mobile base; which each group has to setup to deliver the secrets and purchase more equipment and weaponry. After hacking a number of terminals a secret appears on your map and you must wait for a large circle to finish around it, allowing you...and your enemies knowledge of which terminal the secret will be accessable, so you have to defend it and then make your way back to your base. It was a ton of fun when I played it and I would like to get a few games going possibly, was quite addicting.
