Lovely sounds as usual <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
"Have you seen the new commander? I hear he's got a corn-cob up his ****."
I LOVE the eject commander sound hahaha.

The funny thing is... that's my voice!
I've attached the original take (wav format, play in Sound Recorder or rename to a .wav):
Really a must have/use for a ns playa!
EDIT
Like requesting a weld I mean, if I was vague.

No it wouldn't be that hard. I mean, I'd have to set up my mike, scream "Weld me!" in 12 different ways, extract the best sounding one, run it through the same sound effect layers as the rest of the pack, mix in background static, cut to proper length, add opening and closing clicks, and name the file accordingly.
On second thought, it'd be a royal pain. But I'd do it nonetheless 'cause I <b>so</b> want a quick way to request a weld.

Tried but couldn't think of anything. I'll work on a kick-**** squad 5 tag for the next version.
most of the pack is really good, but i have some crits:
-no fire in the hole! anything but that
-dont like the metallic sounds in the death sounds, but i guess thats just personal preference
-the cc interface sounds should be all of one type, either marine voice or computer voice, not mixed. the ekg sounds in "soldier lost" and "needs medpack" are a really cool addition <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Hope to see you on Bill's server some more whenever it's up

metalic sounds = marine's armor hitting metal as he hits the ground
yeah, thats it obviously.
i still dont like it, to me it sounds more like a heavy medieval knights armor than a futuristic "maximum protection at minimal weight" armor :/
