<div class="IPBDescription">for pc, does it exist?</div> Ok I need some help!

I bought Logitech 5.1 Z5300 speakers last month, before i had Creative 4.1 speakers. Now, this is what i want to do:

I want to make both work at the same time so is there a way i can buy a 'audio splitter' or do those even exist? I have a 5.1 sound card.

You can make them both work at the same time, however they are not like a surround sound. If you want both of them to work get an 1/8th inch Y-adapter, which you can pick up at your local RS/Best buy or wherever you can get your electronics. Here at RS they are $3.99. :-)

You would be surprised how often I get asked to split the audio signal on pcs each day.

Well, there are splitters as noted... personally, I love the Kangaroo. It's not a $1 part, but it does a hell of a lot more. Notably, it's a mini-amp so the signal cut doesn't happen, and had three or four outputs if you want to toss in some headphones or another set of speakers as well. Should be able to pick one up for $15-20.

yea, I have a Y adapter on my PC. One goes to the speakers, one to my headphones. I have to turn one off before the other works at full voulume.

NOOOOOOOO DON'T USE A SPLITTER!!! You will overload the socket and wreck your card! Ask at your local PC hardware store (not the big ones I mean local they know their stuff) how to set up what you want.
