Now I want the most right and the most left bones to stay at their places, while the middle ones shall deform, like
<!--c1--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>CODE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='CODE'><!--ec1-->

 \    /
  *-*

(most left one is a parent bone)

In ms3d you can only do this bone bone, but:
Is there any tool in which I can say "Don't move these bones when moving their parent bone!!!".

Make one bone above your set of bones, then create one bone, goto your joints list and click that one bone above your bones, then create a new bone. Keep repeating and all the bones will be connected to that one bone above the others and you can basicly free-move them around.

Yeah, but this would kinda destroy the "chain" aspect I need. But, nevermind, today I got enough time and alcohol to do the animations for that frame by frame...

Hmm, I've managed to have chained bones stretch in 3ds max before. I don't know if they can be stretched and moved without affecting their children/parent bones though.
