Ns And Amx Mod Crash On Startup

<div class="IPBDescription">Help please</div> Every time I start natural selection with metamod 1.17 and amx mod .98 ns fix, it always crashes on startup of the server. No error message, just in the middle of starting up it goes black for about a split second and then goes back to my desktop. Steam is still up after the crash. I used 0.93 amx mod for a while and that would allow me to get into the game but it would crash at random times and that's why I moved up to 0.98. I have a 2.63 ghz Gforce 4 mx. 448 ram. Using natural selection 4a. Please help me.
