I think what it means is who has the jump first then it shows the cool graphic HA and Onos in their innevitable faceoff accuratley protraying the creepy game of cat and mouse that is so beautiful in NS, great work!!!!

Edit: After reanalisis it can also be translated as what role will you take, and what will that action trigger in effect, like I said before its very beutiful:)
