Shotgun Reloading ..

Lately I've noticed, that every single player out there reloads their shotgun twice as fast, or even faster, as I do. I first noticed it when some friends I was playing with wondered why I was taking so long to reload that shotgun. When i spectated them, they infact where reloading a hell of a lot faster then I was. We even started reloading at the same time, and he was done while I still had around 4 shots to go.

And no, he didn't have any cat packs and he was reloading with the "+reload" command, so no way he was exploiting some reload bug.

I hope someone can help me :>

Have you changed any settings or binds to do with reloading?

Nope, same result if I use 'r' ('+reload') or the auto-reload.

Re-install and patch, 15 min job, but if that doesn't fix it, don't know what will.

does anyone know if the reload is tied to fps? maybe he has low fps(30) while his frined plys ns at 100? what is your fps usually gopher?

you have the same reload speed

you are either:

1. not realizing you can fire when you are not completely reloaded
2. that specing a person doesnt always show you the right models
