Gifs 101?

<div class="IPBDescription">Video?</div>I have Adobe Image Ready 7 and I want to know how you guys create a gif pic from videos. I used to have Image Ready 5 to create my gif on my sig but 7 is so different. I can't create one anymore, can anyone shoot me a site that shows me how to use IM7 to make gifs from videos?

i see everyone with animated sigs, do you use image redy for that? if so, is there a free trial available for that or what.
