Need Help !

Hi everyone. I'm new to milkshape, i'd like to know of I edit the natural selection models, so that i can delete the firing marine animation and the alien's attacking animation, but first can someone tell me how i begin?

i've already searched for help on what i must do first to then, do the rest...

or is there any already made alien and marines models?

Sounds rather like a "Hi - help me cheat by removing the skulk bite and marine muzzleflash" request.
