    Back on-topic, there's a very good chance that you want fingerless gloves made with Nomex instead of leather. When colored black they look just as cool, and as an added bonus nomex is flame retardant. Used by police/military personnel and in suits for racecar drivers. Tom Clancy novel readers will also claim it's used in stealth-oriented footwear.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but that SS isn't jack, that is one of the mercs. Jacks gloves appear to be thumbless leather (or Nomex) gloves with white palms and printside finger lengths. They look a little like soccer goalie gloves actually.
