Reaaaaaally Wierd Glitch

<div class="IPBDescription">random spawn location?</div> Ok, I know this is gonna sound bad, like I hack and whatnot, but thats why I am here. I am actually here because I don't want an unfair advantage. Every once in a while, on a combat map, I seem to spawn at the spot of the person I am spectating . . .I have even started in rine spawn a few times as a skulk. It always happens as an alien, and it happens during the course of one map, then goes away.

Now, I am no hacker, and I like to think that if I was I wouldn't be stupid enough to post my hacking problems on the official tech board. I realize you have to take that at face value and all, but I want this fixed so I am taking a risk here and hoping you will all trust my word that I don't hack.

I just want to see if this is a glitch that the dev team should know about, or one they already are aware of...or what. . ..

BTW, I am running this on beta 4, and it just started happening recently, even though I have been playing this pretty thoroughly since its release. As far as specifics for when it happens goes, I haven't been able to pinpoint it exactly, only that its combat only and that I seem to respawn at the spot of the person I am spectating at the time, so much so that I don't realize that I have spawned half the time and get gunned down. Also, it is alien-side-specific, i.e. hasn't happened to me on rines at all.

It seems that, if no spawn points are available, you spawn where you are spectating. (i.e You are spectating a skulk who ran away from the ha train. The hive is destroyed and exactly at the same time you spawn. You appear next to or inside that skulk.) I'm not 100% sure, though.
