My Specs are:

1.7GHZ Celeron
128mbDDR Ram
32mb 82845G Intel Extreme Graphics
Everything else is fine.

Would the FPS for Natural Selection be okay? I'm a bit lacking on the Ram, which i'll upgrade to 512mb in a few weeks.

BTW, I went to the Intel website and it said that I can expand my Intel 3d card from 32mb to 64mb Video Memory by increasing My RAM. Well there be any major difference in performance?

NS should run fine on almost any system. If you can run CS, you can run NS.

And 32MB is plenty of VRAM for Half-Life. I think your only performance increase from getting more VRAM would be if you were running something like UT2003 and wanted to use high detail textures. That kind of thing.

    You people...

Have you all completely forgotten the fact that Halflife came out FOUR YEARS AGO? Top of the line at the time of HL's release was a P2 300. I played NS at the beginning of the summer on a P2 266 with a Voodoo Banshee... it wasn't pretty, but it was playable.

If I hear one more person asking "Will my $4000 Alienware system with a GeForce 4 TI be able to run NS?", I'm going to break out the shotgun.

    Nothing personal, sorry. (:

Three years ago i played with similiar specs and with out graphic card. It was a reall pain to play cs with software mode.

Yeah I have a 3.5 ghz pentium 4 with a Geforce 4 TI (whatever the best TI is) and um 1024 mb ddr ram. Currently halflife runs at 10,000 fps. I think my sound card might slow down ns though... its only an onboard soundcard. What do you guys think? I REALLY hope ns works good.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to post the system requirements on the main site? However obvious they are, we still get people asking if thier systems will support it.
