Mirc 6.15
<div class="IPBDescription">Released !!</div> Not many people know this, but a new mIRC version has been released. It seems they may fixed a bug with DCC which wouldnt let people with certain firewall setups send/recieve files. I'm checking this out now. If you know if it does or doesnt, please give me a PM in #ns.

You should have mIRC 6.14 as it fixes an explot which lets a user crash your IRC program.
