After 5 minutes on any server I get the warning "Reliable Channel Overflowed" and I get kicked out of the game. What can I do?

i also got these faults from time to time

but i have no plan what i did to solve the problem

check if you have the right versions, check if cs is up-to-date and try different servers

Make sure all other games are not trying to update (in thegames window rclick on each and go to properties)

Makesure steam is trying to use the proper configuration for your net connection (this can be handled in one of the steam windows, though I don't remember)

Does this hapen with other games?

Yep this has happened to me too,

It usually happens during a map change or at the end of a game with loads of players (usually 32)

It has only happend to me 2wice with the new release (beta4a)...but lots more with 3.0
I used to just restart NS and can carry on playing for hours before it happend again.
