Sounds Louder Than Others.......

<div class="IPBDescription">This has been bugging me for a long time</div> Hey, when I play NS, in every map that I go to, there's always one particular sound that sounds 100 times as louder as everything else, including people talking on the mic and my attacks. For example, in ns_ayumi, at the Alien's spawn, there's a noise of water dripping. For me, it sounds EXTREMELY loud, and I can't hear what anyone is saying. And I'm almost positive that this isn't normal. Can someone help me?
