My Map Differs?

ok i have a problem
lately i click on a map
either a co_server or ns_server
it loads a fourth of the way
and then a sign comes up saying that my version of this map is not the same version that this map runs
and it happens with every single map (except one or two)
i have 3.0beta4a
its the most updated version
but for some reason none of them are working :O!!
please help me
