Hltv Question

I was just wondering if it is possible to run a local server and record HLTV off that server as I play on it. If you are wondering why I want to do this, I just want to try out some different movements(particularily as skulk) to see what they look like from a 3rd person view. Also, is there anyway to get an unlocked 3rd person view. Please keep in mind that I know very little about HLTV and its current issues with ns. I just thought it would be nice to know if it was even possible before I try and fool around with it.

You can start hltv and then connect to localhost and record your demo of your listenserver on the same computer, but i believe it will be a little laggy. The best thing is if you have 2 computers and start a listenserver or connect to another server with both machines and record.
