All I have is a cat that sleeps on my back. Quite funny watching her trying to drink out of the tap though. She's a great cat but sometimes I wish I had a doggeh to take down the park and play ball games with :-(

Their heads are probably about 400mm off the ground, about the same long, not including tail. These pics people put up of their poochies are awesome. Fight the cat people! Up with pups!
I much prefer Dogs to cats. With cats, you have to earn their respect. With dogs, that is where you start. Dogs are loyal, cats just come home to be fed.
Heres my latest, Lot. Hes a 7 month old shepard mix now, sorry for kind of taking over your thread monse but I couldn't help myself! When people are showing off their dogs I can't help but show mine off. They are all linked because some of them are quite large(dialup warning) but they should all be under 400k. I gave you kind of a collage from the first day I got him to really recently.

very cute dogs folks. Mrs. Owl loves dogs to bits. too bad we are currently in an apt that doesn't allowdogs and yes, dogs are far far FAR superior to cats.
1) no one has ever been pulled from a raging river or a burning house by a cat 2) i've never seen ONCE, a guide cat or service cat 3) no cat has ever been used to get ppl out of an avalanche 4) humans have a VERY long history with dogs 5) dogs can fetch
heheh . okok, not to be bashing cats. cats are nice, i don't mind them. they are low maintenance and provide companionship to those who don't have teh time or yard for a dog. but they are solitary hunter types. dogs are social pack animals, like us.

I like dogs and cats (OMG!)
I sure hope you take care of them well. Wouldn't like to see them chew on everything in the house.

though I can never look at one with out craking up b/c I think of JEt saying 'welsh Corgi'
soooo
dobing tails is illegal in (insert country here)?
interesting....
Though when I was working for a vet I actualy watched him do one.
I hate all these cute pets pics threads. Cause then they make me go "awww i want one!" which is bad. Very bad.
As for dogs....ehehehe I like dogs, but I hate the fact they jump on you and drool over you.
Not to mention my mom hates them. She only likes fancy cats.....like long-haired ones.
Thankfully mine isn't. It's a short haired one. But it somehow acts like a dog.....bah....
