<div class="IPBDescription">Copyrights</div> I have just about finished a movie and showed it to a fellow member, its a great movie but he told me that I may have problems with copyrights.

Now I have seen other videos with copyrighten songs but I want to find out for sure.

What are the bounderies that I cant cross? I cant promote something correct?

This is what I have so far:
Acredit the artist
Dont charge (wasnt going to anyway, but valid point)
Dont make it seem like a commercial

I want to include the website thats hosting it for me. Is that ok?
Anything I am missing?

should be enough, no one will hunt you for using a song or something as long as your not making much money with it. if you do, the industry want to get some of your money. so they set lawyers on you, but ONLY when its lucrative for them.... those lawyers are kinda expensive...
