Mic Delay

Hey, my microphone laggs when im in the game. I set the voice_loopback 1 in console, so whatever i say...i hear it. And there is a 10-second delay in which i will say something and it will take 10 seconds for it to say. i have to hold down the mic button for it to play what i said for 10 seconds after i say it. Is there any fix. I went to the voice recorders and said stuff and it recorded ok on time. So what's the dealio?

Could be several things:

1. Sound Card drivers need updating.
2. Server problems (if ur always on the same server)
3. Your uploading ur voice extremely slowly. (bad upload bandwidth)
4. Bad NS install methods, re-install.

Keep asking around, someone else may have this problem.
