Sierra Closed Down?

Has anyone else heard about this? This seems to be the only source I can find, and I did that completely by accident. Almost makes me wonder if this is not real.

So they'll still be the ones that the game will say it was published by...

Easy, they got kinda outsold by companies like EA which bring out every year tons of sports titles with 1-2 changes from the last version. Hell thats rediculous, they should bring out those games every 2nd year, and offer yearly a free updates for the up-to-date seasons.
