Everything Got Unbound.....

Well, the new Steam update totally unbound EVERYTHING! all my binds, my options. After the update, I tried playing and found that I couldnt move. I found out that everything was unbound and my name was changed to "unnamed". Anyways, after setting up everything, i still have some problems.
I dont have a crosshair for some unknown reason. This is for both marines and aliens.
pressing f1 or f2 doesnt join the teams anymore. it just does ....nothing.
help would be appreciated. thanks.
