i've tried to in the normal full-screen mode(of commander keen, actually), didn't seem to work out for me. so i tried to force keen to run in a window, see if maybe that would help me, but when i select 'window' in the properties window, no dice. all i get is a flash of black, then my desktop again. when i try to click into the dos program then, it comes up in all of its full screen glory.

so i guess i'm wondering how to take dos screenshots. however you guys can figure out a way to get it to work.

    If those DOS games don't have a key assigned to make a screenshot, you could try a DOS emulator like <a href='http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/information.php?page=0' target='_blank'>DosBox</a>.
    I can make screenshots with it perfectly:
