Right now, you gain experience based on what level alien/marine you kill. But shouldnt an Onos kill at level 10 be more important than a gorge kill at level 10?
Right now it goes like this (the points you gain for a kill):
Points Level
60 1
70 2
80 3
90 4
100 5
110 6
120 7
130 8
140 9
150 10
Thats how much you are worth when you are at specific levels.
With my idea:
Being skulk: Adds 0 to how much you are worth for getting killed
Being Gorge: Subtracts 10 from how much you are worth
Being Lerk: Adds 35 to how much you're worth
Being Fade: Adds 70 to how much you're worth
Being Onos: Adds 140 to how much you're worth
Having hive 2 attack: Adds 15 to how much you're
Having hive 3 attack: Adds 30 to how much you're worth
Having any upgrade as alien adds 5 to how much you are worth
Each level adds 10 to how much you are worth
You start out worth 40...+ 10 for being level 1 is 50 Most possible worth is 325 points (as Onos with hive 2 and 3 attacks and 1 upgrade at level 10)
Being LA marine: Adds 0 to how much you are worth for getting killed
Having damage 1, 2 or 3 each add 10 points
Having armor 1, 2 or 3 each add 10 points
Having SG adds 10 points
Having HMG adds 15 points
Having GL adds 20 points
Having Welder adds 5 points
Having Mines adds 5 points
Having Catalyst (being killed with a catalyst pack) adds 30 points
Having Resupply adds 20 points
Having MT adds 15 points
Having Scan adds 15 points (only adds to the marine who actually purchased scan)
Having JP or HA adds 50 points
Each level adds 10 points
You start out worth 40 points...+level 1 = 50 points
The most possible points would be: To have HA or JP with a GL, MT or scan, someone elses scan, resupply, catalyst, and armor 1 and 2 at level 10 for 325 points.
There now there is a chance to get to level 10 within the default timelimit of 10 minutes.

I don't think mines and welder should add anything to it, as they dont really make you any better while in combat. Also the GL xp should be lowered, perhaps only 5, because it is not very usefull against aliens and GLers are extremely easy to kill if they dont have a jetpack.
I think you might be going slightly overboard with the numbers, but the idea certainly is sound, though unlikely to be added as it represents a pretty big change...
I don't think this should be added, but if it is, then the automatic increase for increasing levels should be removed.
