<div class="IPBDescription">new report thinks so...</div> A new report at christian-aid.org has reported the Coalition Provisional Authity has not accounted for some 20 Billion dollars of lost oil revenue in Iraq.
heres the report in <a href='http://www.christian-aid.org.uk/indepth/406iraqoilupdate/Fuelling_Suspicion.pdf' target='_blank'>Adobe format</a>
and heres an <a href='http://www.democracynow.org/article.pl?sid=04/06/30/1514255' target='_blank'>Article</a> about the report
At first glance this seems to be at the very least to further damage the CPAs credibilty around the world and especially the middle east.
Im off to work now, so ill post more after ive read the report fully.
