All the buildings use the crouched-marine hull. Most are about 4 feet tall in-game. The Prototype lab is slightly taller; the Infantry Portal and Phase Gate are disks about a foot tall.
Amazingly, Hanz was the only one who figured <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->.
I never make rooms too small, I have a tendancy to make em way..way..WAY too big =/. So, therefor it looks very odd to see a tiny turret, standing on a crate for example, 5 times bigger =X.
(this too-big mapping stuff comes from a method of scaling the textures up, u know, r_speeds, from earlier maps, but I notice more n more that the amount of detail in NS textures does not allow for this =/ )
