<div class="IPBDescription">Come here for details about release!</div>The release will be Oct 31 EST. That's Eastern Standard Time. Sorry Aussies, but it won't come out till sometime after it turns the 31st for you guys, you guys being in the future and all.
As for an official time... There isn't one set. At least not one publicly. Flayra may have a time planned, but he has not told anyone that I know of such. Until a time is confirmed by a moderator or one of the developers, there is OFFICIALLY no set release time.
Where it will be released is unclear. You'll be able to get links for mirrors and such from NS.org, but no one knows how many mirrors there will be.
