I have brightened these pics by about 110% (10% brighter than normal for those who might misunderstand <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo--> )</b> I did this so you could see everything properly because (as a lot of us know) HL screenshots tend to be too damm dark....well...too dark for my liking anyway...

- yes, those vent textures are the ones I posted up in another topic
- yes, that fan has 8 frames of smooth kickass animation that I made in 3dsmax
- yes, you can buy a dozen eggs for $1...

Looks nice. those first screens feel like there should be some heavy machinery to move cargo down that super-large hallway. going on that... the screen seems to stick out, pehaps if it were put closer to the wall...
Looks good. reminds me of quake1 with all the greys and browns.

Looks great Hanz. I've always loved that big billboard/sign in the first shots. I like what you've done with those vent textures too. nice map, i just don't like that texture you used for that part of the wall with the circular grate, in the third shot. And i'; guessing that that hallway is close 2 the marinespawn?

Those shots look really good.  Could you convert them into some kind of racing circuit?  Kidding...

Nice work here.  I'd like to see some darker areas though.  Near that vent that's been blown out, and near the floor by the struts and the wall in that hallway.  Other than that, looking sweet.

That is so much better.  Does it look like that in game?  Or did you brighten them so people could see the architecture?

greedo - brightened is for screenshots so people can see something besides black and the occasional bit of color/colour (depending what part of the world you are from you'd spell it differently). The larger screenshot is how it looks in-game.
