How do you do them?
Ages ago i saw a topic for numbered marines that were different for each player..
(so player 1 would have 1 on his back, player 2 number 2 and so on...)
i was wondering how this was acheived, i did a search for "numbered marines" and it came up with nothing...

uhh....you can have 2 types, but they're skin based, i.e for the "black" and the "white" you can just assign differen't textures...but i think it only oges up to 2 becuase idk........lets wait til someone else gives a better explaination then i did...

Because of the code.... you can add more than 2 to the model, but only 2 will be displayed... and the 2nd skin not that much as the 1st one...

But the thing is, it was like several skins, and every person had a different number at the same time...

actually i believe it differes in game. when i use the SC marines they are entirely different colors, in some games the whole team is usually using skin 1, in some games the whole team is usually using skin 2, and sometimes there is an even mixture.

You can actually use the skin groupds for different models, for example that marine model I did which had a MALE and FEMALE model. Gotta love tranparency .dll's Only problem with it was the fps drop. Basicly its 2 marines in one model.
