I'll get right on that.
You need to add a little more detail into what you want... what you have there is more of a list than anything... you need to draw a top-down view of the map itself... what would it look like? I'm sure not just 4 seemingly random boxes!
Go sit down for an hour or so and give it a whirl, I'm sure you can think of someting!
1) Make a detailed map. You aren't going to get anywhere with something that doesn't give enough information to demonstrate gameplay.
2) Write a backstory. A mapper will not only need a layout but also something to guide the style. Comments like "i'll leave it up to you" will only make people loose interest. Come up with a detailed backstory to describe what is going on, what the ship/station/etc is like. Basically come up with all of the details. If this seems like a lot of work understand that you are going to be asking a lot of the person making the map for you.
3) Be willing to compromise. Having a detailed plan is great, but it will be difficult to get someone to work on the map for you without allowing them to give their own input.
4) Consider learning to map yourself. At the least trying to learn will give you a better understanding of what you are asking and what information you will need to supply. Also you may have a hard time finding someone to work on a map for you, in which case making it yourself may be the only way that it happens.

ummm, he requested a CO map
and? CO maps take a decent bit of work to make too. They aren't as large of a project as NS maps, but they still take a lot of effort.
Anti-Federalist... if you like, i could try making a concept of that map on graph paper for you... dunno what it'd look like (as even a base design like that isn't very... informative)
A second comment. The "b#" in most names would refer to a version number, so simply putting co_blahwhateverb5 looks kinda stupid.
Thirdly, ignoring the obvious problem that the map is physically impossible, if the aliens are in a cage, how do they have a hope of winning? Marines will stand there shooting through the cage and killing the aliens, levelling up, while the aliens wont be able to touch the marines. GG.
that was my first thought.
great, boxes, as if there werent enough crappy maps around.
