Well, I probably wouldn't have legal problems, but even then, I don't think I'd fool anybody. I mean, Pocky packages are clearly labeled, in plain English, "Pocky."
So, maybe if I made little boxen that said "<span style='font-size:7pt;line-height:100%'>I can't believe it's not</span> Pocky!" That's about it.

Pocky's ok, but you get nothing for a lot. It's just a stick dipped in sugar... I've got something a lot better/cheaper:
We've got something like that in france, they're called <a href='http://images.google.fr/images?q=tbn:_qUcGLTfjZUJ:web.wanadoo.be/tmk/pocky.images/be.mikado.jpg' target='_blank'>Mikado</a>. They're not even that great and I wouldn't really call it candy.
They're more like... biscuits covered in fine chocolate.

Yes, Pocky is being produced on license in Europe (or at least in France and Germany) under the name Mikado. It's basically chocolate Pocky (in case you didn't know, there are many many flavours of Pocky. Strawberry Pocky is teh yuck). This makes it easy and cheap to obtain over here. Oh wait, was this the wrong place to mention that I have Pocky and you don't? Mmm, Pocky.
And no, it's not the be-all and end-all of candy like Quaudude would have you believe. God forbid if there was any candy in the world you could call best of all.
