The last ones were bugged, and I had to roll back. Lessee if they get it right this time.

Not sure exactly how they work, but if I have a geforce 2 mx400 64mb PCI, am I supposed to download this? Or is my card so old that it doesn't do anything?

If <a href='http://www.nvidia.com/object/IO_14600.html' target='_blank'>this</a> is the correct news item, it only adds these features for the GeForce 6 series GPU's.

The driver has more than just that, including an updating of OpenGL and DirectX handling.

Usually it's best to completely remove the old drivers, reboot, and then install the new drivers. Video drivers have been known from time to time to have nasty conflicts with each other or not be completely purged from a system after an update.

'Course, that's an awful lot of work. I just install over my old ones <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
