Where do i download the olderversions? One with the babblers, nukes. flamethrowers, ect (If any.)

Nukes were never in a public release, but links for the original installers are still around somewhere. You can get up to ns2 from the official NS page:

I, and others, have a copy of the ns1 installer, so I suppose someone with more bandiwdth and server space than me could upload it for you. It's quite likely that Jolt or a similar gaming network has a copy on their servers. If you can stand the wait, fileplannet would be a good bet.

That includes a link for an "NS beta 4.0". I'm not sure I'd trust downloads from there....
