Stucked in the door

I was crossing a door when I was stucked into the wall. I couldn't move/fire/etc! I couldn't do any actions. I tried kill, Ready Room, ... but nothing to do... I had to disconnect.
It was a rotating door, I've just active the menu when it was was moving. I know it's a poor info but I think the problem is in the 'Freeze' when you are in the menu.
